Vita Voices: Everybody’s Golf is the perfect launch title

A launch title in Japan, in the US, and in Europe, Everybody’s Golf (Hot Shots Golf World Invitational) promised a lot, which is half the battle of a launch title. There are great graphics, good use of the capabilities of the platform – including online tournaments, augmented reality viewing, and subtle use of the rear touch pad.

Vita Voices: Piracy ignited the Memory Card pricing

Back after the adventures at South by Southwest, and it’s given me a chance to step back and look at everyone’s coverage of the PS Vita. Not just the main gaming sites, but the forums, message boards, comments, tweets, and Facebook updates.

And something rather worrying has popped up. While everyone is complaining about the price of the memory cards, has anyone stopped to think about why they are prced that high? It’s not just a case of Sony trying to make money, but to proect the investment everyone is making in the Vita.

Vita Voices: PSP or Vita at 37,000 feet?

Normally this would be the time for my annual "Five Games I travel with for SXSW" but it’s a little bit different this year.

My annual trip to the huge Interactive, Film, and Music conference that is SXSW in Austin, TX. has left me with a tricky question. Should I trust the PS Vita to last the flight, or fall back to the older PSP?
